Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (planting/harvest time), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to India.
For remote or rural areas, delivery times may vary.
International shipping (if available) may be subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹1999 (if applicable).
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Perishable & Agricultural Products
Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, plants, seedlings) are shipped with special care.
Delivery schedules for perishable goods may be limited to specific days to ensure freshness.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by delivery delays beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours/days of delivery with photos.
If your shipment is delayed or lost, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
